How Do I Use A Discount Code?
Simply head to the checkout on the first page of the checkout, there will be a box for you to enter your discount code in. Make sure you click 'Apply'. On mobile, you will need to click "Show order summary" to open the area where you can enter a discount code. The discount code box is available before the payment page so you're 100% clear on how much you can save! *Please note, only one discount can be used per order.
What Shipping Methods Are Accepted?
We offer fast, eco-friendly shipping options to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Ireland, France, Spain (Mainland Only) and Germany. Shipping to UK mainland addresses is free, there is a small fee, more details of which can be found in our shipping policy (linked in the footer).

Yes, we are based in the UK but we ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, Ireland, France, Spain (Mainland Only) and Germany.
When Will I Get My Order?
We are our always doing our best to ensure you receive your order as fast as possible. All orders are shipped within 48-72 hours of payment. Typically, all orders are delivered within 5-8 working days (international orders may take up to 14 days)
How Do I Track My Order?
When your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email from us with your tracking number and link to track your order. How Can I Change My Order Once It's Been Placed
Once you've placed your order, we get to work on shipping it out right away to ensure your order is with you as soon as possible. We completely understand that you may want to make a change to your order and you're more than welcome to contact us to request a change or cancellation. Please note that there is a slight delay on our dispatch emails so your order may have been dispatched before you're notified, if this is the case, you're welcome to return your order following our standard returns policy.
How Do I Change My Address?
To protect our customers from any potential fraudulent activity, unfortunately, we're unable to change the address on your order after it has been placed, so please ensure that you enter your address information correctly when placing an order.
What Is Your Return Policy?
We believe that you should have the time that you need to decide if your purchase from us is the right choice for you, so we offer 30 day easy returns, meaning that you have 30 days from when your order arrives to decide if you want to keep it or return it. Your order must be in new and unused condition to qualify for a return/refund. You can read more about our returns policy here. Please do not return items to our registered office address, they will be returned to you. We do not accept any liability for goods that may be lost in transit via sending to this address.
How Do I Return My Order?
To return your order, please email our friendly customer care team (email@example.com), with your order number, email address, item you'd like to return and the reasoning for your return. They will be happy to assist you with processing your return and providing you with the information on where to return your product(s) to. Please do not send returns to our registered office address or any address listed on the item's packaging as we do not have the capacity to process them and will not accept liability for any goods that may be lost in transit via returning to one of these addresses.
Do I Have To Pay Anything To Return My Items?
At the moment, unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns, however, it is something we'd love to offer in future. You are responsible for paying any return postage fees incurred.
I've Received A Faulty/Damaged Item, What Should I Do?
We deeply apologise that your product arrived in such a condition, please be assured that every care has been taken in order to deliver your goods in a perfect condition, however, sometimes they can unfortunately be damaged in transit, if this is the case, then please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org), providing your order number, email address and images/photos of the defective item(s) and our customer care team will resolve this for you.
